Yea, I have heard drivers say how a DM or DP is not personable enough etc.. But I don't care about the personality as long as they can do the job.

The problem is, when I was driving OTR full time. When you got one that could do the job, they usually ended up being a term super or load plnr. Then you ended up with some nice as hell x customer service person who was to green or to totally incompetent to keep you from going postal at the mere mention of their name.

 

Have a friend who is a O/O at marten, and today they got a qc msg about the the extra pay if you work Xmas Day. In the past, if you worked that 24 hr period, you got $150.00 extra in your check.
Now as per thier msg on the qc you need to be working from 12.20 to 12.27 in order to get the extra $150.00.
Just another way we at marten could care less about you the driver.
