Mass Action Lawsuit

Mass Tort is a statute, not a singular or group case. And there's only two Ts in litigation... so THERE! Nyaahhh!

 

Is this for issues within the last couple of model years? Because they spent a lot of money addressing EGR and Injector issues for upto '06 model year.

 

I think the point is it is not certified, rather one attorney is gather clients to sue one defendent. When I have been approached for something similar in the past the issue I had was being held responisble for my share of the fees and expenses.

But I have never heard of it being classed a statute before.

Mass torts usually involve large numbers of claims that are associated with a single product.

Therefore, it would be a Mass tort case in dealing with the Volvo issue.

Who are the attorneys in this "mass action" suit - does anyone have a link to the filed complaint?

 

If it is a Mass Action...there should be 100s if not 1000s of links....any particular one you want?

 

Well, the OP said it was OOIDA.

With their track record, look for it to be filed in about 5 years.
