When i have checked the daily mileage, it is the same as the difference in the ecm start/finish mileage.

My Keller miles are always lower than my odometer miles when it asks me to verify them.

Is it consistently lower? If so its likely your odometer is not set right.

My Keller miles are usually almost double what the odometer has recorded, so we're still forced to do paper logs as well until JJK can fix the problem.

This is very user UNfriendly. I don’t need three pie graphs, I just want to know how much I have today. The links are slow. Anybody else haveto wait forever between screens? My log book guru is going nuts. Lat night, while I was sleeping, the thing kicked over to the drive line. I woke up with most of the day gone!

This thing is horrible. I don’t think it’s this version of update. However, it’s interesting to note the manual that came with this brand new unit is already outdated. Some of the functions are different than the book.

Yep, it is always lower. My odometer checks out milepost to milepost and the KW dealer claims it's set correctly. I had them check it when I noticed the keller system always showing a different number.

I dont know what kind of truck you have so this might not apply but just in case i thought I'd mention it. The ecm doesn't always match the odometer, on some trucks they are independent of each other. Keller reads from the ecm, not the odometer in the dash.

In either case, shouldn't the actual miles traveled be the same or at least fairly close?

Depends on how accurate the ecm and odometer is calibrated.

I'm running an 07 T800. I'll ask KW the next time I take it in for a PM if the ecm mileage is different than the odo.
