Looks like you are forgetting that the flatbedders outnumber TCD and we all carry chains. You may wake up to your truck being dragged out of the way.

 

Now there's a scenario to have to explain to the brass up in NLR...

"So, is there any particular reason why your tractor is now in 3 separate pieces?"

"Wellllllllll...."

 

"....But of course I did a pretrip bobby, I even noticed the chain, taught, running to somewhere's under my trailer. Had to step over it to get to the other side of the rear of my trailer. I just figured it was something they did to keep the trucks from getting stolen off the yard and it was like the exhaust hookups for the fire engines that they would somehow auto release when I stomped it to the floor like were supposed to do to get these trucks up to 8th gear before we have to come to a full stop before we pull off the yard because the gate is closed and then once it is fully opened, we can hammer on it because we all know, that's the only way I get good fuel milage is to try to push the accelerator thru the floor to the road below, in automatic, and with the jake brake on at all times because it sounds so cool when i'm coming to a stop......"

 

Holy crap that was hilarious lol. And now I'm imagining it in my head. Gotta pick up a drop trailer tomorrow in Gary... Any April Fools ideas? Heh heh heh.

mine's not silent at all. sounds pretty good. Just like Sarge explains LOL

 

I wish mine stop the truck faster so I done have to us the break at all lol

 

When I have a strong cross wind from the left side of the truck it causes the washer fluid to seep out. Anybody else have this problem? My truck is a '13.
