Maverick Driver general bs thread

What does an attaboy get you? Just curious, supposedly got one from Sam while unloading in Springdale couple weeks ago.

 

It can give you positive points on the pfp for doing things the mav way

 

Hmmm...I got a message about it, but don't see any extra PFP points

It "can" get you extra pfp points not "will" get you extra pfp points.

 

You have to be on one of Maverick's billboards in order to rate the "WILL" get you extra points scenario....

 

That was cool to hear that Pollack was out there helping you fold up the tarps! Glad to hear that he is doing well.

But here's a few examples. You del in Springdale, ar. Sam is there and compliments you for having your load secured and Tarped the way maverick asks you to do it. Should you get extra points for doing what they expect of you? Totally my opinion, but I say no.

You are in fort smith and your load doesn't load until the next day so you spend your time helping other drivers secure and or tarp their loads and they send free form messages thanking you for helping them which should be forwarded to your fm by their fm. Let's say you help 5 other drivers. My opinion again but thats going above and beyond and should earn a point or even a half point for maverick way.

Again just my opinion but sometimes a compliment is reward enough

 

And the previous post was not meant to offend anyone just putting in my 6 cents worth. My pfp could be helped out with a couple extra pts in the mav way category. Still at 100.something for this qtr but taking a week off as well as at least 1/2 of the weeks in the qtr being below 2000 paid miles because of whatever reasof one reason or another points this qtr are less than last but still at 6 cent level. 2 cents higher than I ever finished under the old cascadia mpg bonus system so no complaints.
