Ok did Maverick take the onguard out of your trucks?? I had a reefer driver almost run me over today then he rode like 10ft off my trailer for a mile or so while we were coming up on a scale! Wtf dude? Congratulations you got us both red lighted because you were tailgating!! On the bright side I was empty and rolled across the scale. He however got to sit on the scale for as long as I could see him in my mirrors lol.

    Yeah ...
We had a driver get run over last year doing one on an off ramp. Some may call it stupid, I call it natural selection.

We had a w/a and the drop apt was 1900 on fri. then we got a message over the qualcomm that said if you get there early and they are not busy they will unload you. Great right? Well, got here at 1100, slept in, went to check in. So happy no other trucks around aka not busy. Was told we usually don't start unloading until 1800, pull around but it might be awhile.

I know I know we should have called first, we usually do. But darn, with the message or papers not having a time we did the wrong thing by assuming now our clock is ticking down :biggrin_2553:

Question, the Prepass, is that a Maverick provided deal or do we, as drivers, go out, get it and pay for it???

Maverick supplies prepass, and pike pass for Oklahoma. If you ask them for one, they will give you a k tag for Kansas turnpike.

    Blind Dog Thanks this.

I guess I got confused, I couldve sworn in my trainers truck there was a white Prepass, the IL Ipass and the other two, but after talking with him, he cleared up that the Prepass serves as IPASS...my bad...

Hit that like button by accident...lol...

Anyway...yes, Maverick does have TxTag for those who go there often.

I have toll tags for TX, KS, OK, and PrePass/Ipass/EZpass.
