smaller engine offers the same hp as the dd15s......lighter in weight
-
its the same hp as the 15s are turned down to
-
I was told 20 hp less but that torque rating was the same.

as mentioned before, the gearing in the rears is the biggest reason the trucks are such dogs on a grade. I'd bet you'd never notice the difference between the 13 and the 15 in a Mav truck.
I DO NOT miss that at all. -
Are you back in 11812 now Sarge??

I'm thinking about going to get my CDL and am very interested in Maverick. I have nothing on MVR and have worked security basically all my life. I'm 24 gonna be 25 on the 13th. I am looking for a career I was trying to be a police officer but I think I am gonna give that up. How often do you Mav drivers get home? How much could a new driver make his first year in flatbed?
-
Typically Maverick flatbed drivers get home most weekends (not all). First year students should expect $40k +
sarge26044 Thanks this. -
I can live with most weekends! I love driving and seeing new places, my dad has drove since he was my age. I just know a lot of companies tell you what you want to hear. Are they good at getting home if you have a dr appointment? Do they ever get home during the week at all?
