Maverick Driver general bs thread

Hell I would be more then happy if I made 35k a year. Compared to my 10/hr job now with no benefits anything beats my current job!

 

why not go get u a pel grant that pays the school for u?

Yes I could do that. I guess I didn't think I could use that for truck school. I've got pell grants before when I was in school for criminal justice.

 

I have never been turned down nor missed any time off that I have requested.

 

Did somebody say "heavy haul"?

I found out I was on the rehire list. So I was planning on coming back to maverick. But before I made the call to recruiting, I received a conditional job offer for Union Pacific railroad as a conductor! So I'm super excited with the new opportunity! Crossing my fingers that everything works out!

 

I know right? The conductor position leads to engineer.

 

I wanted to be a police officer, but there just arent any open jobs. I like driving so I'm really considering driving a truck. I love driving and seeing different things. I just really don't want to be gone for a whole long time.
