You are so right. I have one of those in my truck myself. Best investment I ever made.

I'm so happy that this situation is going to get worked out. I too have had my share of being hung out time after time. Anytime I have ever had a problem with maverick. I find a professional conversation that sticks to nothing but the facts and not emotions the problem will get resolved.
That is why in over 35 years of trucking. I set a new record every day for being with a company this long. That's why when people ask me how long I have been with maverick. My response is usually not long enough. I wish I would have came over here years earlier.

I wish....I'd retire and live off my cut of your bonuses. I have been called and asked how a students mpg was while in the truck w me. Could only assume his went waaaaaaay down after he got his own truck. so now I make a little mark on my fuelstop sheet in case I ever get that call again. Took a bit to figure it out using pu and drop off dates.

Sarge ran into your student box cutter. He was picking up his last load. Doesn't care too much for trucking and going back to construction.

older guy? did he ask you about getting home every weekend Thursday thru sunday so he could watch his relatives play starting qb in hs and college? Nice guy. did well in the truck with me but have had other drivers I know around and he asked them about the possibility or percentage chance shall I say, lol, of Maverick ever having a dedicated Monday--Thursday account. T.J. told him, "never"

He was doing a Ohio a.k.. US deal dedicated thing. Picking up load for Chicago then take truck to Gary yard. he wants to be home every day. Not that that's a bad thing. Just like I could not handle working 9 to 5 job. Some people just don't want to be a gypsy either.

I sleep in my bed every night. Every 5 to 6 days I sleep in my wife's bed LOL.
