I don't have a MPD GOAL in this division. If I did, I would be SMASHING IT- that's my point!
-
You guys are totally missing my sarcastic point. But I appreciate the sympathy LOL. I am getting very decent miles each week for the most part. My MPD avg is up to 519 now!!!!! The reason I posted those (and many on here have heard my griping about my PFP plan before) is to just vent a little more how much I hate this new plan. 519 x 5.5days= 2855 miles a week- I'd say those are pretty good miles... At least for now anyways LOL!
-
I'm up to 75 points now! OOR is -3.9 what the heck?
-
99.4 currently. Whopping $70/week bonus is all I can get....
-
Just have payroll deposit it in my account if you don't want it. LolBlind Dog Thanks this.
-
Yeah sure make you some more money there Moneybags! LOL!!! Didn't I already make you a wealthy man? HA! No, I am just saying that's about HALF of what it would be for your OTR-style PFP plan....
-
I am at 78 points right now. My oor is -14.5 and I am losing 9 points because of it! I just don't get it!
-
I've gone back to just driving the truck to the best of my ability. It's much more relaxing when you're not stepping on egg shells (throttle analogy) all day and calculating MPD, MPG, OOR and PFP!
You are never going to get rich driving a truck (unless you with the lottery) so you need to find your satisfaction in a way other than money. These PFP programs are designed by greedy types clawing their way up the corporate ladder. They think drivers want what they want. Most drivers would take a pat on the back over a couple of cents any day. Or given the choice of a pre-plan over a couple of cents, or extra home time, or "real" detention pay.
Don't get caught up in that corporate BS, just relax and do your job, live below your means and keep God in your life. This is my manifesto!sarge26044, Rigbuilder, Evil_E and 1 other person Thank this. -
yeah, I do not disagree... But I need as much money as I can possibly make out here at the same time. When my pay gets decreased, I get p'd off. And now, getting good mpgs...well, that is no longer of much concern to me anymore now, since it isn't going to make any difference now.
