If you crank the trailer landing gear all the way up when dropping, -1500 points.

repower or swap point would be nice. after all swaps are voluntary, you don't have to do them so wouldn't that be covered in the Maverick Way category?jxu417 and seawheeler Thank this.

So what the heck is a trailer swap anyways???
Don't you guys keep your same trailer????

Its when you trade all of your equipment that you have lost time, miles, therefore money patching, repairing, replacing, resupplying with another Maverick Driver because his dad's mother's brother's 2nd cousin's sister in law's stepbrother's uncle's cousin that the other driver has never met, fell off the monkey bars and broke his pinky so the driver has a family emergency and has to get home because as we all know, Us Maverick's know more than any doctor could ever learn in medical school about taping the pinky to the ring finger so it wont set crooked and interfere with little Jimmy's ability to pick his nose with it and taste test what he found up in his nasal cavity. such an emergency usually causes the driver that has a family emergency to rush through securing and tarping therefore he forgets what of his equipment is crap as he puts it on the load to give to the driver he's swapping with, because the only thing on his mind at the time is driving as fast as his truck will go (60mph) to assist in anyway he can in healing jimmy's pinky. Usually the tarps you get have holes big enough to put your leg through, but they are "good" if you ask the driver. the ratchet binders you get are not painted orange, they are either rusted open or shut and may or may not have both hooks because we all know it takes a PHD to screw the side in that unscrewed and fell in the chain bucket of the headache rack. At least 3 of 10 straps you get in the swap have been cut at least 1/4 way through because he wanted to be like TMC and put straps over stock steel with sharp edges. His bungees are so bad if he were to drive over 60mph, they would simply snap in two, and he of course is not going to tell you about the tarp box full of wooden blocks he burns at home in his wood burning stove nor will he mention the dunnage he has secured to the x beams under the trailer to build his hunting blind for the upcoming season with the same condition bungees mentioned above. The Lumber tarps haven't been used because of course..."I just got them last week and haven't had a lumber load yet. And his chains are probably from some other company who also has trailers at Ghent and when he got the preloaded trailer, he didn't bother to look under the tarps to see if not only was the product secured properly but whether it was secured with the proper equipment. Did I leave anything out guys??? I have carpel tunnel syndrome now from this response. LOLjxu417, seawheeler, rda2580 and 4 others Thank this.

Oh, well that about sums it all up LOL!

Don't forget about the lights that are out on the trailer because he never drove at night to see them or was in to much of a hurry to do a pre-trip because he needed to get to Timmy as soon as possible so his finger wouldn't heal crooked. And the flat tire that he thought was a squirrel he ran over stuck to it.
GLADHESGONE, jxu417 and sarge26044 Thank this. -
Ya I can think of a couple of things you left out Sewerman. The trailer normally has a bad tire the other driver "didn't have time to fix" and a light that "just went out".
sarge26044 Thanks this. -
And don't forget the ever popular I got one tire that goes flat every night but you don't need to fix it because if you idle for 15 min. in the morning the trailer will air it back up. I don't have time to stop it will cut In to my miles.
Don't laugh that was actually a conversation I had with one of our drivers.sarge26044 and jxu417 Thank this. -
You might want to check on that. I know when you hired in it was but I think some are mandatory now. That is what I have heard from some drivers. I have never checked since whenever I am asked i have always done it. I'm just a glutton for punishment.jxu417 Thanks this.
