your previous quarters performance determines the current quarter's bonus that is added on per mile in addition to your base cent per mile. Paid weekly
Has nobody else noticed that "the goal" numbers do not match up to the "actual" numbers? Example: OOR Goal - 10% = 3.0 pts, Actual - 10% = 2.3 pts. At 7.9% they give you 3 pts and at 2.1% they only give you 3.5 pts. Hmmm. I'm thinking the Idle numbers are off too. The .7 has never made a difference on hubby's bonus but it might on other peoples.
One note regarding PFP that I found out about is that new drivers will automatically get a .02 bonus for their first quarter as an incentive to work towards getting it. If you don't earn it then pay automatically drops to base pay the next quarter.
