The website shows TCD runs 48 states & no Canada.

I heard they do run Canada but can't seem to find
out if they run west. I saw they say all 48, but reading some
of the drivers comments they all seem to be going east. -
we mostly run east but if u have a passsport u will take runs to canada. just went to alberta last week n went into washington to get a load. I usually run out east. there is a lot of freight out there. my daughter calls me the prince of Pennsylvania. lol. if u have any questions someone will chime in and help you

Thanks, I appreciate that. I drove back in the 70's & 80's for Anderson out of St. Cloud, Mn. Had kids and went and did something else. Deregulation killed freight prices. Now the kids are gone and my wife passed away from leukemia, I am looking to get back into driving.
Chinatown Thanks this. -
Melton Truck Lines is good & they have a terminal in Dallas. Their trucks have APU's. They have some deal now with health clinics for free healthcare for drivers. They may require a refresher course since you've been out of the saddle for awhile. Raider Express in Ft. Worth has a refresher course. Best wishes to you.
Both companies I mentioned have good websites to check. -
Generally, we don't go west of I-35, except on our Tulsa to Seattle/Vancouver BC run. There have been the occasional runs to CA but that's pretty rare.
jxu417 Thanks this. -
I think the only division who runs the west coast and west of Tulsa is glass. I go to Fresno, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Phoenix a few times a year, but Combined Transport pretty much has the west coast on lockdown.

Are Canadian runs typical when you run east. The reason I ask, I have to get my passport updated. Don't mind running in there during winter months. Thanks again for the responses.

Forgot the most important question? New York City!! If there is one place that spooks me its there. 12'4 or 12' 8 bridges drive me crazy. Are you forced dispatched into there?
