    Yes, you can take the who rig home if you have a safe place to park, or you can drop the trailer and bob tail I think up to five miles.

    how old do you have to be to drive for them? aint they flatbed co?

    Been driving for SNI for a month not liking it. I'm not getting the miles and havin to stay out longer than I was told to try to make a dime. I'm from the Salem, MO area would they be able to get me good hometime?

    They are testing you...most all companies do this, though they wont admit it.

    Take my advice...stay with Schneider for at least a year whether you like it or not...it will pay off BIG TIME in the long run...you'll be viewed as a dependable driver instead of a "job hopper".

    Schneider was the best company I ever worked for...I wasn't happy when Maverick bought Schneider Specialized. I made LOTS more money from Schneider...I netted $68,000 that last year, but I was hauling the specialized freight...not glass, these were heavy machinery...oversize loads paying 55 cents per mile and LOTS of miles to be had. (Schneider only had 19 drivers in this "fleet")

    I know thats a lot different than pulling a van for SNI, but I was treated very good except by one STL I had...we never got along, but he didn't last long.

    If SNI don't fit you and your needs then leave...but not until you've give em your best shot for at least a year...
