I got mine at pilot after my old CB started acting up. I am originally from IN I know a lot of drivers from there. None are with mav. Trucks have everything, but the CB

 

I have mine to but never been out I'm a newb nut the way I seeit it's 0-1 meaning the 0 is going to be orientation and training mabey I need to change mine lol

I was also wondering about orientation pay I read 550 for orientation but dont know if thats a week or for the whole thing wheres daytona he recently went through it or notarps might know he's the man.
