I was at Logan last Monday and as I pulled up to the phone at the gate, I realized I had left a case of bottled water in the passenger front floorboard in plain view of the camera. :biggrin_25524:(stocked the truck full of groceries at the IGA in Lewisburg on the way down. Going to Bradley, IL and I knew I was gonna get screwed with the weather) I didn't hear anything about it, and it got chucked under the bunk as soon as I parked in the staging lot.

They have changed on their policy. Used to be they wanted no cans, bottles etc in the truck. If asked I always told them I got this bottle and would show it too them. I would just not tell them about all the other stuff I had in the sleeper. Not going to spend 3 hours unloading stuff. I have had my truck searched twice there and was told they just don't want that stuff in the cab. I know why they don't want that stuff in the production area. (explosions) but the loading area is nowhere near the production area.

Hey I'm a new hire with Maverick and have just read what you guy said about having things in your truck going into Logan. What's Logan and I was going to buy groceries to use while I was on the road; so i don't have to spend much time in the truck stops; other than taking a shower and to fuel. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!

Speaking of GPS's the guys in my class want to get one, but we want to get the best one but don't know which one or kind to get. You have any idea who makes one specifically for truck drivers and that works? Thanks in advance!
