Maverik's opening everywhere

Never heard of them, must be an out west thing. When I hear maverick, I think of the trucking company.

 

I first saw them out west, too. They're pushing eastward via acquisition (namely of Kum & Go, so if there's one of those near you, it'll be a Maverik soon enuff).

They're going to build one in Salina, KS, exit 88 I-135. With Schwann's/Tony's Pizza recent expansion and Amazon building a new warehouse 1/2 mile down the road, I'm sure it will be busy from Day 1.

 

Amazon Fulfillment Center + Truck Stop = Piss Jugs, Shet Bags, Bobtails everywhere, Garbage, Flip Flops, Water Bottles in the restroom floors, Parking Lot stained with strange fluids, Urine stench in the parking lots,
lots of garbage and piss jugs, oh and I did I mention bags full of crap. Feel free to add to this list.

The one in Perry, UT used to be a Miller location. It did have showers then.
Have never had a problem getting pumps started. Worked just like any other fuel location. Insert card at reader and go. Take just about any card except for ComData.

 

Just noticed today that several of the Idaho locations are now in the NASTC network (including Post Falls, Idaho Falls and Pocatello). That fills quite a hole in the NASTC map, and makes fueling much easier for us.

 

Mud flap too. No need to go in to authorize.
