Maxing Out The Hours

We run 11 per day and show 15 minutes for any drops...
So glad we use loose leaf books still.....Shhhhhhhh!
We get our next weeks route sheet on Thursday and as long as we have all the loads delivered by Friday that week all is good.
I have been known to be finished by Wed. night and off Thurs,Fri,Sat....

When we go to E-logs i will be looking for a local job...

 

Brokensprocket, we just aren't communicating, brother! My comment about the mileage per 8 days related to the old days of 70/8 and 10/15 with 8 off. I thought the first part of my post made it clear that I believe in using up your hours sooner, as it is a more productive use of your days out.

 

WTF is 'hometime'? You are either working on off duty... you say hometime like it's part of the fed regulations... it's not.

Leave it to our bureaucrats in DC to make these frickin' regulations so complicated... I hate government.
