It is the newest HF 2000 watt model. Just arrived at the house last friday and havent made it home so dont have it with me to verify the model number. I paid 586.00 MATS show price.

 

I can honestly say I have never seen customer service so bad at a company before.
left emails messages etc for these clown over at maxwell and nobody ever gets back to you.

Warning think twice before you want to buy one of these things.

 

Their customer service isn't what it used to be for sure. Maxwell moved their customer service to a third party sometime in the last couple of years. I believe Maxwell is now owned by Tesla.

If you need to reach them, call them. I had to try several different numbers to reach someone.
