Not necessarily. Look at the miles traveled vs age. 97,500 per year is pretty good, considering. Works out to about 1,900 miles per wk, 51 weeks a year. I doubt that truck has spent THAT much time in the shop. They were built for mileage and emissions, however, not power. You can't expect it to pull alongside a Cat or Detroit and keep up. So a lot of drivers didn't like them, hence a few of them sat a few weeks here and there, waiting for a driver that didn't care one way or the other.
