We have a woman at school who has had a terrible time learning to back. What has helped her is that every time the truck and trailer line up straight, she stops and reassess what she needs to do next and she is not allowed to move until she figures it out.
She still makes some mistakes but she has really progressed this week. Maybe it will help you.

you turn down a load you may be sitting there. and i really hope you dont expect to get paid. -
As far as pay goes ehhh. I have a little bit of money. They gave me a resign on bonus. But my check was negative for old advances I owed. Plus insurance which I need to cancel because they are switching companies. But I've been OK I'm switching to Schneider as soon as my contact is up or I might do a year an try something local. But all in all I made 3004 with crst

Yay I'm getting better at backing I'm happy. I now need no help at all. It was just like something clicked in my brain an my first lead would be proud. I bumb docks an drop an hook. With no problems I'm a little proud but will keep practicing

Well I finished my second 24/28 days with the company now I'm just waiting for a truck an co driver. Miles should be good I do make about 500-600 a week that I don't see.because child support an past advances. My advice is find a codriver in school. I have no co and I'm ready to go solo lol. Also don't focus so much on shifting but backing. Bring food with you an get your permit before you go to cedar rapids. My last check from cali to Florida was 1394 miles was $269.12 my check before that was 81.86. Minus 121 child support an 50 for advances. That check should have been about 250. So yes you can make at least
500 a week I already made 4100 for the year with 2 months 1 week of work which is about 24000 a year I think. -

Was it worth it??? I've been to hell twice got kicked out of my hotel(rode way sucks) room for damaging a chair(accident) I've been stuck in Carlisle for a week no pay since Tuesday got cussed out by a drunk chick who knocked on my door an thought I wanted to rape her. My codriver had an emergency an left probably quit an hear I am in my brand new 2012 freightliner cascadia with 124246 miles and a fridge. Since coming back to Crst I've grossed 2400 including a 350 resign on bonus. Was it worth it yes it was I've seen an done things most people can only dream of. Most people live dull pathetic lives to be honest. My pay isn't 100 but it will get there people think they have it rough but there are people out there who will kill to have what I have.
