can you read it? just heat with solder air heater and remove laque and read chip ID to be sure

FYI, I'm getting 35lbs boost with new turbo. For 3 months now but I'm sure it'll break soon.

 

Hey everyone I have a 2009 Freightliner Columbia with Mercedes 450 The truck runs fine with no trailer you can hear the turbo but when I put 20,000 pound trailer behind me it loss Power and Temperature will rise to 200° it will flash check engine light then check engine light will go away does that mean my turbo is not working properly

 

The thing is the check engine light just flash but does not stay on I feel like something is clog It seems like the motor is doing all the work instead of the turbo when it have a load

 

What is a turbo brake ?
And where is it located

 

And is there a video that I could see on YouTube to see if I could do it myself
