Yes 85% but with my $6000 sign on bonus spread out over a years time it makes up the other 15%. But yeah that's how the raises go. They say 64k avg first year but three guys I talked to say they brought home 85-90k there first year because of the extra board. The guy that did my road test was hurt and just doing yard stuff was bring home $1700 a pay.

yeah, I got the 6 grand too (well, not the last 2k, another 4 months for that)
    but it did show up.

so, remember, don't kill yourself the first month, you just need to survive. Besides you get a 5% raise (plus a grand) at the end of the month.

They said average first year was 72k and overall at our center was 79k. I'll easily beat that and I don't work very hard. I've seen the paystubs (they send them via email and text, which is pretty sweet) of people clearing over 100 grand. (but they work harder than me too)

I'm just hitting six months with mbm now... I love extra board. I usually run 3-2day routes a week. and I'm on track for 90k this year. We do hardees and captain Ds, hardees is dolly and captain ds we just through them the product at the door. The biggest pain is learning product, and sometimes personalities don't mix with certain customers (they don't give a #### about your clock) the schedules are tight, but once you get the hang of it, you can make up a lot of time wheeling product in. Atleast for me, I average 30 min for 120 pieces.

I would like to do 120 pieces in 30 minutes that would make things for me a lot easier.

I just time myself, and try to beat my old times. It makes me move faster. We have a couple guys that are faster than me, one will wear a sauna suit while doing it.

    Mike2633 Thanks this.

Just out of curiosity how often are you home? What's a week look like for you in and out of the plant?

I don't know what other dc's are like, but mine can not keep drivers... so you can run as hard as you want. But remember you can always say no.

Sounds like the money is there if you want it. Which I do. I'm from the oil fields and that's a dying industry. Money isn't there anymore. I've never made more than 48k a year so I'm pretty excited about what I can make at MBM. I think I can handle 90k a year. Lol
