Mc Clays Transportation & oxford transport

I applied in Febuary of this year 2011 for a supervisor/dispatcher position at Mc Clays transportation,owned by Troy McClay and Ryan Mc Clay,now the supervisor that ivwill only name by his firatbname as Dan was the one training me and yes he poorly trained me rushing mein everything i had to take notes while he drove in pot holes ect,and expected me to learn over 200 peoples names drivers,suppliers supervisors names,and taining proceduresat each and every suppliers that supplier none other than CAMI (GM)in Ingersoll ontario,i had to memorize routes,dock emplacements,suffice it to say he wanted me to be ready in 2 days i said not going to happen so he gave me a extra day,then came the meeting with Troy Mc Clay,all i asked was 1 more week or 10 days at best but they we're in a rush so he told me how about a driving position, i said i'd love too,but i have 7points on my abstract,so i dought your insurance would touch me with a 10 foot pole.He told me no problem,now i had a job before working for the Mc Clays and was told no problem,come on board,so i did and well told me i was supposed to get 1300$ a week when i got my first pay check it was far from that,actually less than half that,and then it was learn from the other drivers what needs to be done,no problem except 1 out 5showed me what needed to bedone accurately,then i was told that if i screw up it would cost the Mc Clays between 1000$ to 10000$ a minute if they are at fault for shutting production at CAMI,so no pressure,noooooooo!When you have drivers that hate the gutts of the Mc Clay brothers and make things happen on a regular basis,drivers setting others up and i heard that one guy got lost with a live load for 2hours costing the Mc Clays 100000$,i shed no tears for them,you see 2 1/2 weeks before my 3 month probation period was up i heard from many drivers that they we're setting me up with being fired,i just said naaaaaaah why would they do that then i started hearing personal things about my driving record going around the grapevine and only the supervisors and the Mc Clays knew that, then they made claims that i was a aggressive driver.saying a 4wheeler called it in and the second to last friday i worked for them one driver that i do not know made the same accusation about me and named me by name and i dont know the guy,so i was also accused to rocking tbe boat at CAMI,you see safety is supposed to be very strickly enforced at CAMI, BUT FAR FROM IT!you see my superviser informed me when something happens which you feel is unsafe you must report it to them,the supervisor that is and then they inform internal traffic,you need to provide tuck number and traiper number if you have the chance to see it,so on 2 occassions i did,and well i followed procedures, yet the supervisor did not report it to traffic and well this is how i was accused of rocking the boat because i found out by Troy Mc Clay directly that their is an understanding between transfreight,doug coleman,veerspeten,ttr,adeco,ryders,and Mc Clays,that unless someone gets hurt or something that nothing is to be reported to keep smooth relations between them all,at the expense of the drivers, so when i was backing up at the docks at CAMI one day a tranfreight driver bobtailing whips by behind me while backing up and i had to slam on the brakes,shook me right up.And the same happened to me same dock but this time at nigt a doug coleman driver also bob tailing whiping by as i am backing up,which is STRICLY UNSAFE,and we are all payed by the hour their i mean what is the rush,safety comes first!!!But some idiots that own companies like theMc Clays would rather drivers like us get into an accident and blame us for being unsafe and aggresive while backing up?!?!?I mean what give you do your job then they get some of their brown nosers to invent lies about your driving,and use your abstract to claim well here is theproof you have a history that proves our case,so if any drivers want to go work for the Mc Clays be forewarned that they lie through their teeth,dont take my word for it ask many of their drivers and you will see they are no different than any big company that claim that safety comes first but you are only a number to them as long as they have the bucks rolling into their pockects they dont give a dam i truly pray that GM cut them loose because they dont care for anyone butthemselves.
