    the employee breathed on my fries do i get to sue to? this woman is crazy she should have had help if she knew she couldn't do it her dam self and if she fell off while she was sitiing id'e like to know how in the hell you fall off sitting lol. i hope she sues and looses and mcdonalds couter sues and wins

    So It says she sustained permanent injuries, shes suing for $30,000. So her arm cant be to hurt if shes only suing for $30k. I mean I think its stupid and a crock of you know what, however she is putting a price on her injury which if permanent you shouldn't be laying a price on. No amount of money will help her if she was truely hurt

    I'm so effing sick and tired of all these BS lawsuits!!! Take responsibility for your own stupidity. If you can't use the #### toilet without permanently injuring yourself, you sure as hell don't need money, you need potty training lessons. Grow the EFF up!!!
