Admittedly, I've never worked for Mclane, but thought I might could help.

They're not gonna hire you, apply somewhere else

 

That doesn't mean they're hiring every dahm person that applies.

 

Doesn't say hiring ALL recent grads.
Keep applying elsewhere and stay optimistic.

 

You seriously don't believe that they are obligated to hire every person that applies do you?

 

If they are in your area I would say maybe stop by and ask. There could be a disconnect between the hiring people and the office. Worse they can say is get lost.

Overall, the CDL job market is not great right now so more than likely that has something to do with it. Post your location and people may have other options you could consider.

 

Are you close enough to apply in person? If so, then try that and don't mention you've already applied online.
