MCP200 Internet Access?

Hi everyone, i have question about my mcp 200 on my brand new truck. I want to write my question at forum menu but i do not know how. Anyway, last week, i got brand new truck from my company and it has brand new electronic log, mcp 200. I can not click on my hour of service menu on my mcp200. Are there anyone know how can i use my electric log ? It seems to be not activate. Please let me know how can i use my hour of service menu on my mcp 200...thanks///

 

I'm pretty sure that an excessive amount of traffic on one truck will cause Qualcomm to flag that one for the company. If not, the company can more than likely check out the usage of that unit.
