If there’s 80,000 head killed per day at an average carcass weight of 900 pounds that’s 72 million pounds of beef daily, more than enough to cover McD’s claims of 6.5 million burgers sold per day.

This lawsuit is so ridiculous. McDonald's is not real food and everyone knows it so after years of eating burgers and McChickens, they want to make a stink about McRib? I guess anyone who's bought a McRib in the last 4 years can get some money....what like 5 bucks? I hope it gets thrown out.

When I hauled beef rumors were that McDonalds got the ecoli positive product.

We used to get turned around and made to bring the meat back which was great for us. Eventually it got so bad they held our trailers until the test came back.

Was pretty much always guaranteed layover pay and then an extra $100 to run it straight through to the plant in Detroit.

Fun times, I sure miss it sometimes and the guys I ran with.

I guess they’re in the 1,500-2,000 head per day.

Didn’t realize that many head of cattle were processed every day.

Just between Dodge City, Liberal, and Holcomb it’s 18-20k a day unless they really back the kill down.

Usually the fat content is too low, they shove a tube into the combo and cook it to get the fat content.

McD's used to use cull dairy cows. As for the lawsuit, you'd need a receipt for a McRib to get anything from the settlement. Who keeps the receipt taped to the bag?
