They towed me several hundred miles home years ago and I didn’t realize they had a shop at that time. Then one day I was was passing by and needed an alternator. I called him and he said we could do it. I was loaded so I couldn’t pull in the shop or drop my trailer. I pulled in his lot and 20 minutes later I was pulling out with a new alternator on my rig since they had an alternator for my series 60 on the shelf. Later on I had them do a radiator replacement, clutch replacement and repair leaks while my clutch was out and they did great work on time. It’s not really close to Elkhart but may be on your path. They are really good people and I called him several times later just to get his opinions on mechanical issues and he always helped me. Ask for Duke the owner/wrecker driver/expert mechanic, Dave was his Dad.
