Medical Card Question

That would be a stupid move. But they wouldn't be charged or shouldn't be for the medication. The fact is they lied on an application and that's where the problem sits.

 

It happens quite a bit on medical forms. It has nothing to do with an application.

 

I feel that you are worring about too much. People take medications all the time and stop taking them. There shouldn't be any problem for you whatsoever unless you come back possitive on a drug test. But I do understand that some companies have their heads in the clouds when it comes to this subject. So what you do is go to your doctor and get a letter saying you no longer prescribed that medication. Problem over.
