Some you must hand carry.
Some allow a fax or E-Mail
What ever wastes the most time seems to be the norm.

 

with all the complaints of people finding out they're no longer valid because info was never received or input.

I'm all for the personal delivery and witnessing actual input method.

 

Update: took a home sleep test Thursday night. Sent the required info to the DR. Friday morning. Got a call Friday afternoon, test came back nominal. No restriction recommended. AHI of 6.

Waste of time and money. Of course insurance would have slowed all this down, so I paid out of pocket to speed up the process. Now to find a new job.
