Hash oil or back in my day was commonly called resin and it was some potent stuff.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

I agree that's not safe to be on the road but it's just wrong to think every user is like that. My brother has a single drink of whiskey a night, are you saying you wouldn't hire him because alcoholics drive like morons?
I'm not sure what your getting at with the back pain statements. I have CT scans and discographies to prove I have 2 herniated discs. And 3 years worth of files for prescrptions, chiro, physio, acupuncture, massage, linocaine injections, epidurals, etc. That's not easy to fake.
If I'm running mid day and have unbearable pain I park it. Use my meds and sleep it off. You might not heard of one dose relieves pain all day, but that doesn't mean your right. ONE USE per day keeps me functioning, believe it or not.
It has ZERO effect on my day to day tasks. Quit it and see for myself you say? I have quit it. Several times, about 3 days in I'm unable to walk with sciatic pain. I cant touch my foot on the floor it hurts that bad. I don't sleep. So don't tell me I'll function better during the day if I quit because you don't know, you think.Another Canadian driver and dancecanyon Thank this. -
A couple things here. I'm not saying your a phony buy many are abusing this system. If it works for you, good.
Here's where the problem lies. when you quit, you then focus on the pain you are in and not your mental alertness. A healthy person who takes it then quits will be able to tell mental alertness has gotten better.Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
Thanks Dustinbrock your something else. You really think you know more about my state of mind and medical marijuana than me and my doctor.
Anyway, the pissing match has to end this isn't what this thread was meant to be. I just hoped to brighten somebody else's mood who might be in the same situation and let them know their career doesn't need to be over.Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
What does your doctor know? You doc knows to give you a prescription and that's all so please spare me the b.s.
I'm for medical Marijuana. As I said, I invest heavily in it but there are alot of people abusing it right now and more importantly there are alot more people who honestly think it doesn't affect them.
When I take pain killers, even the next day I am groggier the normal. The same goes for pot, I don't care if you smoke, dab or take edibles..... same result.
Don't get upset with me. I am a employer telling you how I would evaluate this, and it's guys like me sitting on the other side of that job interview who make the decision to hire you or not. This is what your going to be dealing with.Another Canadian driver and gokiddogo Thank this. -
If your "doctor" knew you had a class 1 he would yank it
Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
Orcen my doctor is well aware of my class 1. He's done 2 of my DOT medical exams so far.
Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
You are full of #### and I feel stupid myself for even replying to this thread multiple times. If you test positive for drugs your company has two options, TERMINATION or SEND YOU TO A REHAB PROGRAM UNTIL YOU PISS CLEAN.
I'm sorry day and ross lied to you, I highly doubt they're going to tarnish their cvor/nsc for a drug addict. No doctor would prescribe a commercial driver marijuana, you can't even drive class 1 if you're prescribed over 20mg of certain opiates or benzos.
Like I said, you aren't in the drivers seat so good luck, lol.Another Canadian driver, misterG and Kenworth 4life Thank this.
