    To further elaborate, google the Wikipedia article for Metabolic pathways of methamphetamine and look at the similarities of those drugs on the diagram. You will notice that all of these metabolites have something in common in the way they look nits kind of the same relationship sudafed shares with amphetamines.

    Majority of OTC nasal decongestants have chemicals which will metabolize into analogous substances of methamphetamine and there may test positive on unsophisticated preliminary urine screenings, aka you pee in a cup and the bar turns red for meth; that's unsophisticated and requires further testing.
