Mega carrier/cheap freight company rants

Love how you call anyone that disagrees with you a "Troll" the simple fact is some of us do have a good experience and do make decent money at what we do. Just depends on what you do and what your setup with the company is.

I have also seen small mom and pop company's that are worse then the bottom feeders, There is one here in Caldwell that pays its drivers .29cpm and another that pays them .32cpm and this is WITH experience. bottom feeders are not limited to the mega's.

 

I talked to a Knight company driver last night that said he made 75 grand last year.

 

Its not impossible to do, I did that on a dedicated account just before I bought a truck. Knight's topout right now is around 44 or 45 been while so I dont remember the exact, with bonus you can get another 5 on top of it. Which are easy to hit if you know how. Then you have detention and Xpay on loads that also figure in, along with local if need be. It all adds up.

C'mon guys they are making 30k a year they are broke as a joke, wife is cheating eating ramen soup everyday, but you got to look at the bright side, they have a brand new section 8 on wheels and they have a ton of points at TA, flying j, and petro whole bunch of worthless free showers and whole bunch of lot lizards that will love them long time for a can of baked beans
