I'm interested in walker mufflers. Want to replace on the t600. Any difference in noise, fuel, and performance with megaflow vs noisebreaker?

Can't say about the noisebreaker, but I switched from a megaflow to a Donaldson. The megaflow has a deeper tone. Reason I switched was the megaflow started to rattle after about two years.

The walker mufflers are a good addition to the scrap pile. Spend your money on a Donelson & you will be a lot better satisfied. I bought a walker for a truck a few years ago and it was junk right out of the box.

I got the whatever 10" muffler PP sells about 4 years ago. $200, ouch. BUT, totally worth it. Picked up around 1/2 mpg from that garbage factory 'catalytic muffler'. Welded up some spacers so I could keep the muffler in the stock location and not mess up the geometry of the down pipe. Sounds like a BBC rumbling by. In a tunnel, the sound really sounds good.

The PP muffler is a Donelson in a different box for twice the price. Donelson part # is 100463.

Though I do wish I had known that about 4 years ago, I can't deny the benefits of it. Whatever the case says

it cost $95 dollars each, just replaced mine, the previous two were $89 a piece five years a go, so if you are lucky you might just get a special, if you buy more than $100 purchase no shipping charges. and they sell all kinds of stuff there.

Since I hear more cons than pro on walker's, then which muffler company I should check on for max performance and not much noise?
