melton 2014 update

I am in NC for the wknd. Two hrs on my 70 after I emptied this am. Restart will be done Sunday am but I won't load till Monday. Nature of the beast. Debating if I should rent a car to Martinsville, VA Sunday for the Nascar race.

i made the race in Phoenix last month when I was home. NASCAR is always a good day!

After i I posted that, I took a nap and woke up to load assignment. Pick up in SC Monday for load going to TX 30 mins from the house. I guess I'll be driving to SC but seeing 42 cars on a short track would be a lot of fun. I will get to a race this year.

so they were going to give me a load from Houston to Newfoundland. 3200 miles. only problem my passport will expire the day i deliver. Kinda glad. its still really cold and you have to take fary back on forth. instead wound up with a short 500 mile run to Mobile. for the whole weekend

 

Maybe you could convince them to give me the load. My passport is still good.

 

No Darlington for me, I'm going to Southland in Irmo. Sucks about the load to Canada but using your phone up there would eat up the extra 4 cents a mile. My buddy just left mobile. He got assigned a silver Cascadia. Ten speed with a fridge. Didn't make it to Nashville before the dash lit up like a Christmas tree.
