melton 2014 update

Got ya just didn't know if you knew that. Melton is right on the best I've worked for.

I know, I know I'm a recruiter and not a driver. I'll be accused of that by someone lol.

 

Nah, Flatbedn isn't a recruiter. lol Neither are the rest of us. Melton is just a great company. They do what they say. You do your part (work hard and communicate) and you'll do fine. Any company has issues, but this a LOT fewer.

 

I appreciate you and Flatbedn's answers. I spent 42 years in a previous career in Transportation and every company has some kind of issues, but the good ones always seem to stand out.
I've heard about Melton the previous 5 years and the rep was 99% good to excellent. But better yet I've looked at the equipment and watched how the drivers act in the various parking sites and that has confirmed my decision to head that way once I've learned the ropes here at "Company X".

 

Right... Lol I've been called a recruiter in the past because I happen to like where I work.

It's all good here at Melton though. Definately going to stay awhile or until they tell me to leave.
