melton questions

i'm an experainced flatbed driver, how long is orenation for the experanced guys?

 

I'm hoping to come to work for Melton in the next couple of months after truck driving school. I'm also purchasing a ladder to bring with me on the road, will their shop install hooks to hang the ladder on the headache rack?

 

theres already a spot for the ladder

After Training do we go Home? Or go to work already? Since i live in Tulare Ca and need to put stuff in the Truck.

 

They'll route you home after you get truck but California might take 2 week's

 

For the First year how much would i expect to earn?

 

saw another truck park at loves after me yesterday in alabama off the 65. looked like it was a trainer as two guys were in it. maybe it was one of you guys ? hah 9160 or 80 somethng like that
