I heard one of the Terminals go thrashed by the Tornadoes yesterday. True or false? and is this going to put a damper on training? (I'm going to join up with Melton after my CDL class)

Good start to the day, but then problems. Picked up flooring and it rained a bit while securing and there is no shelter. Told it would be alright, but no one would put it in writing. Guy was not used to 53' trailers. Load it from the yellow line that is the middle of the truck. Didn't bunch the bundles very close and had a single 90* on the back of the load just aft of the rear tandem. Not feeling good about it. No CatScale any where near when I get to one, yep, they are over. Get to have it reloaded in the morning, but not by the shipper. One of those Mondays. Learned a few things, but sheesh. Missed a turn and then found a bridge weight limit. A State trooper helped me get back on track at the bridge since I knew my weight was over the bridge limit. They sit there and hand out major tickets to those silly enough to ignore the signs. At least that part was good.

Yea there are 2 of them near my place and they are always over weight. The worst is in koshkanong,mo and then no cat scale til you hit Arkansas. I hate loading there. If it got wet that will make it a few thousand pounds heavier until it dries out.

It was Koshkanong. It didn't get real wet. My gross was fine, just placement. Gotta trust that little voice more.

Left the house yesterday on my way to Florida. Bought two lights so far for this trailer. Hopefully the tires don't start blowing.
