there is a cd out there that you can down load on your computer and just talk and it types for you.

 

Have you tried adjusting the font size? My Mom has Macular Degeneration , legally blind, and I set hers up so she can even play games! Try using the Accessibility tools that come built in to most versions of Windows. Also MS Office has a speech to text program, try that. Can't help on the fingers being too big, sorry
