Guess I'm going to have to look into DAT Power then.

I thought DAT360 was one of the better boards. They charge an arm and a leg to get what they call "Instant refresh" list. I know ITS isnt that great. But then I'm not paying for that one.

    th
thats your problem. You do not know what an RFQ is. several shippers bring onboard 8-10 brokers and require you to bid for annual contracts. Some have less some have more.

On here it is always screw brokers and all that but just like you say brokers dont know all the sides to trucking you all do not know the full story on brokerages.

Sure there is worthless POS brokers out there aka TQL but not everyone has same rate.

I NEVER DO BUSINESS with customer who sends a blast email and has firm price. That is dumb because you have tons of brokers posting same crappy load.

I do not know why some people on here are sensitive might be a trucker trait howver just speaking truth.

It's not cheap but it's worth the money. I like it for the fact it has way less non-existant loads than any other board I ever used.

Last I checked,.. this forum says "The Truckers Report" up top. Not "The Brokers Report".

If I knew more about brokering, I'd get into brokering. I dont pretend to be something I am not. So I stick with what I know. And even in this,.. I am still learning everyday.

Brokers,.. like truckers have their own reputation and stereotypes to contend with. While I agree,.. not all apples are bad. Still,.. the reputations are not unfounded on either side.

Last I checked brokers dictate markets and every major decision goes through brokers in mind in trucking. but your response is original especially when you realize you have nothing to say. Thanks

    DAT360 isnt cheap either.

Doing ok right now. Volume has picked up. I'll look into DAT Power when things slow down again. I dont mind paying more for something that offers a better service or usefulness.

    Thanks for the heads up.
