mentor requirements

    Did the requirement to become a mentor change? Thought it was 6 monthes

    Im glad it changed because at 6 months ur still as green as the guy that just started. Minimum should be a year.

    A spouse can mentor their spouse anytime but I believe its still 6 months solo, no tickets or preventables otherwise. It should be a minimum of 3 years with at least 1 with Swift in my opinion.

    I believe that the requirements have changed, and you need 9 months experience in order to become a mentor. I will check, and report back.
