What are the work schedules? Another AVRT car manufacturer account is also "home daily" but for the last 5 years 6-day weeks are mandatory. Your "weekend" will be one scheduled day off during the week M-F, and any Sat the plant is not working. So for example, you may get every Tues off and an occasional Sat off while working 50-69.9 hours per week. You won't know if you are off on Sat until 1-3 days before that Sat. There has been a number of drivers with 5-20 years experience leave the account because of the loss of weekend time off.

To be more clear, the loss of very experienced drivers I mentioned IS NOT on the Mercedes account. I don't know the details of Mercedes.
