I'm posting something just for the sake of posting something, since nobody has posted anything here in 2 weeks.

I'd take it as a case of "no news is a good news".

I've been doing a fair share of sitting, but the gross revenue for the month so far is surprisingly well.

 

Seems like I drive a day and then sit a day here lately. My gross isn't anywhere near what it was this time last year.

 

we sit one Monday only because we had unloaded Sat because of MLK day over in SC I am headed to Atlanta for the weekend to see the man gonna try to go by and irritate REDD if i can find him.......

 

I've been doing a lot of $1000 to $1500 runs, ranging from 390-800 miles. I just sit and wait for those loads. But I'm also doing a lot of deadheading.

I talked to a Mercer with a light blue W9 at TA in Savannah last week. Was that you?

I'm gonna miss you by a couple days. I'm in Birmingham area now, picking up a load tomorrow and head to Michigan. Then I'll probably go home. My A/C compressor pulley froze up the other day so I need to fix it, and also change some brake shoes.

How's yer W9 running?

Nope. I didn't even know there was an OD load.

Getting refractory material (fire bricks?) out of Bessemer and going to Adrian, MI at $1.80 a mile. Good rate, but it's equivalent of $1.65-ish this time last year because of fuel surcharge.
