Redd's truck number is 114xx, mine is 116xx and we are seven months apart. It's been 13 months since I started at Mercer, and truck numbers are up to 125xx.

Don't know what kind of turn-over rate we had last year, but this kind of rapid growth sure raises some eyebrows and concerns about sustainability, especially under business-destroying reign of Obama regime.

We don't know if there were that many turn overs.
I think my reading comprehension problem is starting rub off on you :biggrin_25525:

I'm sure there were some who left, but I really doubt the turn over rate was high enough to offset the growth of 900 new contractors in 13 months.

I have run into one couple who had been with Mercer in the past, came back on and now running with a new number (ZIP code, as he called it - he used to have a 4-digit number).

High payments, poor business practices.. (over half coming in have no idea what they need too get to survive let alone make a profit).. Spending more time at home then on the road and not giving it enough time to figure out the system... To name 4 of many reasons

Exain about the failure points - dumb response but, what are they? Besides taking a lot of off time, or sitting for no reason. When I drove for the company, I believe I was the best or one of the best on the account that I have serviced. I know that more than half of the challange is to show up and spend as little as possible, when it comes to the personal expenses. Enlighten me please about the failure points/reasons. Thank you.

Well, I'll have to go to KY tomorrow. Leaving at about 5-6am. I'll ask for all of you, who'll read this, to pray, if you'd like to, about me and my family, for all things to go great and not to have any regrets. Thank You!

I wish you the best of luck, but to have or not to have regrets is up to you.

I made many poor decisions in my life. I used to have regrets for those decisions. Now I realize, without all those failures, I wouldn't be where I am today. I'm not quite as successful as I'd like to be, but it could be far worse, like stuck in a cubicle 8 hours a day - Horror!!

I'm not really a religious person, but I firmly believe things happen for a reason. When things go wrong, it may feel devastating at the time but it usually leads to something else positive down the road. I keep that in mind and I no longer have regrets about my past.

Just work your arse off and you'll be fine.
