whole bunch of mercer trucks sitting were i fuel at tumwater for 3 days at least.most got out friday
-
2009? There was very little freight, so yes... That was fuel surcharge included & about 38% deadhead to get to freight.
And you point is?????
Since we haul a lot of military, I'm guessing they were dispatched on loads coming out of Fort Lewis. -

ok 3 days thats good. they got some nice lookin tractors tho -
Some of our driver's do this as a hobby. They are either retired military, or have been trucking since the covered wagon & oxen period just like lil blue pony.
Thos driver's will sit & wait, & wait, & wait, & wait until a load shows up going 50 feet from where they want to go. -
Yep them "mobile Homes" sure look pretty sittin there waiting to cherry pick those loads that go from one big black top lot too another. I know they would not be caught dead delivering to a lot of the places I have ended up in the last year

worked 9 hours saturday. when i fueled at tumwater saw 3 or 4 mercers spending the weekend. that place sucks but dont get hit by trainee trucks like at pilot.
i think mercer is probably one of the better companies. -
i have spoken with them,on behalf of a friend,who is an owner.they sound good,pay well,and quickly,have terminals all over,east coast,2.91 mi,other 1.91,but get detail on their website,where i found them, mercer-trans
-
they do not have terminals.. They have agents all over. Don't want people too think they have terminals where you can park and stuff cuz that is not the case. Most of there agents you can not get too by truck.
-
The only terminal that you can truly park at is Louisville.... And you'll be lucky to find a parking a spot there.
MERCER NEWS HOT OFF THE PRESS
Looks like the trippak envelopes are going to be a thing of the past. Beginning May 1st, they are going to start using trippak & transflo scanning. In June, they will no longer accept a trippak envelope. Everything will need to be scanned at that time.
