Anyone else having problems with this new version of the trip pak mobile?

 

no, i use the in cab scanner, but i have converted to the eclipse logs. i love them, just click type name of town they print out nice and neat, auto keeps recap and ya can re do if ya made a "mistake"

 

Hello!! What kind of trouble are you having with TripPak Mobile??

 

It keeps force closing when I'm taking pictures, very annoying. I have called Trip Pak two times this week about this and can't get anything done out of them. Terrible customer service.

 

Go to settings>applications>manage applications>all>scroll down until your see the trippak icon>select clear data sounds like it has some corruptee data that should fix the problems anytime u get a fc with android apks always clear the data and if that doesn't work uninstall then reinstall

I didn't know we could use the eclispe logs here at Mercer?
I used it a few years back at another company and really like it.

 

So far so good, knock on wood clearing the data has worked. Thank you once again.

One of Trip Pak's techs called me yesterday to discuss the problem I was having, he told me to just turn the phone off, wait a few minutes and turn it back on and that should take care of the problem. I said I already tried that and it didn't make any difference. I told him what you told me to do and so far it seems to have worked. He almost acted as if he didn't even know that could be done.

 

flightline you must have not been reading the mercer blog, they are encouraging use of eclipse or driver dailey log, give you 20 points off safety score even.

and you get a 10.00 discount , i like em also.

and are things working out better than when ya first started?
