Lol, yes you did. It is a small world.:biggrin_25523: It was great to talk with you. I sent recruiting a letter telling them that they seemingly did right by you cause you were giving them two thumbs up. I am sure that they will call you any day now to offer you an additional 10%............. :biggrin_25514:

Haven't been to NC since I signed on with Mercer. By looking at the load board, the rates out of NC seem to be about average with decent freight availability.

Your dog been sick?:biggrin_25513: Tenth gear went out in mine a few months ago. Over all it's good for going in and out of pipe yards and the oil patch but a trip to west Texas is a punishment. Whats been wrong with yours?

hmm.. lets see. New turbo, AC worked on, 2 new drums on the steers, injection system serviced, two new trailer tires, front axle on the trailer had to be reset cuz it would dog track a little empty and a lot loaded and the info screen on the dash kept throwing false codes so that was replaced and reprogramed.. I think the cents per mile break even rate just went up a we bit..

Since your going to be rolling 80 back towards Pocatello, ID.... Stop at the Flying J in Lake Station, IN. Exit 15 Ripley Street. Our Chicago agent is in the office buildings that you pass when entering the fuel island. He will have everything you need!!

Not that I know of. Mercer is covering 50% of the bill.... Which is more then what I expected!

All miles driven, deadhead & loaded for each load divided by what that load paid to the truck.

At mercer what is your average pay per mile? How do you get paid there is it percentage or is it pay by mile depending on the load? What do you all average per week at Mercer. I am looking into options ahead of time for myself, I am wanting to get a truck in about a year and get it on somewhere. I am seeing these truck prices so low and dont see how I could let the low prices of a decent rig slip away.

There is no answer to that question. Each one of us do things differently that either raises or lowers the revenue per mile.

    Percentage

Once again, there is no answer to that question. It all depends on how hard a person wants to run, the area they run, & the freight rate at that particular time.

Each week is a different number.
