That's very true. However, there are always 2 sides to every coin.

15 threads that scream RUN, with 6 different former employees on each thread.

Then one person comes into those threads, who says it's all love and kisses. And wipes out 12 months of negative comments on a dirtbag of a company.

Yet people continue to jump on board. Even after experienced drivers warn them off. Time after time after time.

It gets to be VERY unproductive, for people who have experience with the company or situation, to even respond after that.

You make your bed. You sleep it in.

I see now,but this dude is a part of 3 different threads talking about the same thing. I hope in the end it works out for him. But from the sounds of it looks like their using him for temporary labor..

So, do we post in these forums to simply annoy someone or are we in this to help others who share common issues?

"Hijacking someone else' thread"? If I understand that comment correctly, I was the original author of this thread. "Hijacking"?

Your question of "how long did it take you to get a truck" was not answered because I did not get one....at least a van truck from the company I paid to train me in vans and provide me with one.

Please let me know if I'm missing something Double.

Were here to help but it is better if you start your own thread like you did and follow it through until it is resolved..

    Don't take it personal.

It's just as frustrating for those of us who've been driving for awhile, and posting within this forum.

It all starts to run together. And you feel like you haven't made a single dent in your attempts to help or warn people off.

I took the time the other day, to review a few threads started by posters. Most were all giddy inside about a company that others waved them off of. They took the job anyway.

They haven't been heard from since. Either they were too embarrassed to come back. Or they met with an accident.

I have yet to see anyone come back to this forum and call everyone a bunch of #### liars, afterwards. I wish someone would, but I ain't holding my breathe.

I'm now assuming my definition of "hijack" is different than others.

I though I was adding comment/sentiment to a thread about Swift, in general. Is anything other than that "hijacking"?

I belong to a few different forums and their rules referring to hijacking are something like this.. When you state your having a particular problem with a particular person, place, thing such as Swift. If you put it in a thread that you did not start it is called hijacking. I'm not sure what the rules here are, nor am I trying to enforce such rules (if they exist) because I'm not a moderator..

He is NOT Under-employed as you state. To be considered under-employment he would have to be working at some capacity less than his trianing/skill level dictates. IE: mopping floors at the warehouse for minimum wage till he gets a truck. As it stands he IS UN-employed as he has NO work at all. .......A simple seach will give you the distinct differences. I stand duly corrected if in fact he is continuing training such as flatbed or tanker...or any other employment through Swift.
