Mexico threatening trade retaliation

Ron I was kidding about the $0.05 rate. The dumps in California owned by Mexicans and working for CalTrans are not part of the Cross Border Program.
My comments have been aimed at the Cross Border Program only. According to government stats, only 118 units are certified in the program.

Obviously there are abuses in California, but I am only talking about the Cross Border Program.

I'd be curious to know if the same problems you describe are happening in other border states or is it a California thing. If it is, then something is wrong. But, if it is strictly a California thing, then they need to find a solution.
